New!!! Rozmus is a dessert grape variety bred by W. W. Zagoriulke. It is a composite hybrid (Sofia x Arkadia). Rozmus is a self-pollinating, very early (100-110 days), vigorous-growing variety with good woodiness. The clusters are conical, loose, large, and very large (500-900g). The berries are oval, pink, very large (34 x 30 mm), weighing 10-12 g. The fruit does not tend to crack. The flesh is firm, crunchy, with a distinct muscat flavor, very tasty. Sugar content is 18-20% with low acidity, 5-6g/l. High yield, 80-85%. Good disease resistance, with a frost hardiness of -22°C. The fruit tolerates transportation and storage very well. The variety is suitable for both amateur and commercial plantations.
