Kira is a dessert variety bred in Russia/V. N. Krajnow. It is a complex hybrid (Victoria x s.p.). Kira is an early variety, 110-115 days, with medium growth and good lignification. The bunches are large, 700-900 grams, conical, moderately compact. The berries are large, 12-16 g (36x26 mm), ovoid or bottle-shaped, pink-red. The flesh is firm, harmonious, muscat-flavoured and very tasty. The sugar content is high, 18-22%, with an acidity of 6-7 g/l. The yield is high, 75-80%. Disease resistance is very good, with frost resistance down to -25°C. The fruit tolerates transport and storage well. The variety is suitable for commercial and amateur cultivation.
