New!!! Briz is a seedless ( I st class) dessert grape variety bred by Babrikow / Bułgaria. Briz is a hybrid Vitis Vinifera. It is a medium early variety (120 - 125 days), self-pollinating, strong-growing with good woodiness. The grapes are conical, big and very big 700-1500g, medium compact. The berries are big oval bilberries (26 x 22mm) , bright white-yellow-green, big weighing 6 - 8g. The flesh are tight crunchy a harmonized taste, very tasty. Sugar content high (17-19%) with low acidity of 6-7g/l. Yield high 70 - 80%. Resistance to diseases is good with a frost resistance of -21°С. The fruit tolerates transport and storage very well. The variety is suitable for the establishment of amateur and commercial plantations. Grapevines grafted "Briz" are of best quality.
