Szkarłatny Królewski / Scarlet Royal - 5BB

Scarlet Royal is a seedless ( I st class) dessert grape variety bred in Fresno, Kalifornia/ USA. Szkarłatny Królewski is a hybrid Vitis Vinifera (C33-30 х C51-63). It’s early variety (125 - 135 days), self-pollinating, medium strong-growing, with good woodiness. The grapes are conical, big 500-800g, medium compact. The berries are slightly oval, dark pink, raspberry-coloured, weighing 5 - 9g. The flesh are tight, crunchy,harmonized taste, very tasty. Sugar content high (17-19%) with low acidity of 5-6g/l. Yield high 80 - 85%. Medium resistance to disease as in more resistant Vitis Vinifera varieties (e.g. Chardonnay), a frost resistance of -22°С. The fruit tolerates transport and storage very well. The variety is suitable for the establishment of amateur and commercial plantations. The grafted sapling of "Scarlet Royal" table grapes is of the highest quality.
