Kodrianka

Kodrianka is a dessert grape variety bred in Moldova / Chisinau Institute. It is a compound hybrid (Moldova x Marshal) . Strong growth with good woodiness. Kodrianka is a self-pollinating, early variety (110 - 120 days). Clusters rather loose, conical, large 400 - 600 g sometimes up to 1 kg. Berries oval-cylindrical, large 31x19mm 6-8g, dark purple. Flesh fleshy juicy tasty with harmonised flavour with fruity notes, very tasty. Sugar content up to 18-19% with low acidity 6-7g/l. Vine fertility 75-85%, very prolific. Disease resistance good with frost resistance down to -22°C. The variety tolerates transport and cold storage well. Suitable for commercial and amateur planting. Grapevines grafted " Kodrianka" are of best quality.
