New !!! Lanselot is a dessert grape variety bred at the Tajrov Institute Novocherkassk. It is a compound hybrid [Podarok Zapo. x (Ekstaz x FV - 3 - 1)]. Self-pollinating variety. Lanselot is a moderately early variety (120-130 days). Strong growth with good woodiness. Conical clusters, medium compact, large and very large 900-1200g to 2kg. Berries large and very large 12-14g oval or slightly egg-shaped (32x23mm) green-white, without tendency to burst. Flesh fleshy juicy, very tasty, harmonised with delicate fruity notes. Sugar content 17-19% with a low acidity of 6-7g/l. High yield 75-85%. Good disease resistance with frost resistance of -25°С. Fruit tolerates transport and storage very well. The variety is suitable for the establishment of amateur and commercial plantations. Grapevines grafted " Lanselot" are of best quality.
