New !!! Fuji Minori is a dessert grape variety bred in Japan/ Kazunori Aoki. It is a compound hybrid, tetraploid (Ikawa 682 x Pione). It is a self-pollinating variety. The Fuji Minori variety is a medium-early variety (115-125 days). Growth is strong with very good woodiness. The grapes are conically cylindrical, medium compact, large and very large 500-800g. Berries are round or slightly oval, dark blue very large 20 - 25g (34 x 32mm), seeds soft, vestigial (rudiments). The flesh is fleshy and juicy, tasty with a delicate strawberry aftertaste and fruity notes. Sugar content is very high (19-22%) with a low acidity of 6-7g/l. Yield is high at 85%. Disease resistance is high with a frost resistance of -23°С. The fruit tolerates transport and storage very well. The variety is suitable for the establishment of amateur and commercial plantations. Grapevines grafted "Fuji Minori" are of best quality.
