New !!! Kabaliero is a dessert variety bred at the Potapienko - Novocherkassk Institute. It is a composite hybrid (Podarok Zaporozhye x Kodrianka). Kabaliero is a variety with an average maturation time of 125-135 days. It is characterised by strong growth, good woodiness and is self-pollinating. Grapes large 600-1000 g, conical, medium compact. Berries very large 14-16 g, oval, dark purple. Flesh fleshy, juicy with harmonised flavour, very tasty. Sugar content 16-18% with an acidity of 5-7g/l. Very high yield of 85%. Good disease resistance and frost resistance to - 23°C. Fruit tolerates transport and storage well. The variety is suitable for commercial and amateur cultivation.
