Millennium / Kiszmisz Millenium - 5BB

"Millennium" is a seedless ( Class I-II) dessert grape variety bred in Hungary. Millennium is a hybrid (Perlette x Seyval Blanc). It is a very early variety (105 - 110 days), self-pollinating, strong growing with good woodiness. The grapes are conical-cylindrical, large 300-500g, moderately compact. Berries are slightly oval (21x18mm), yellow weighing 5-6g. The flesh is firm, slightly crunchy, harmonised, fruity, very tasty. The fruit is not prone to bursting from excess rain. Sugar content high (18-22%) with low acidity of 5-6g/l. The variety has high commercial values due to the taste and appearance of the fruit. Yield high 80 - 85%. Disease resistance is very good with a frost resistance of -24°С. The variety is suitable for the establishment of amateur and commercial plantations. Grapevines grafted "Millennium" are of best quality.
