New !!! Podśnieżnik / Подснежник - a dessert variety bred by W.N. Silkov. It is a complex hybrid (Wostorg Krasnyj x Tomajskij). Podśnieżnik is an very early variety of 100 -105 days. Strong growth with good woodiness, self-pollinating variety. Conical clusters, medium compact, large and very large 700-1000g. Bright berries, nipple-shaped, with a pointed tip, white-yellow, large 10-12g (36x 25mm). Flesh tight, fleshy and juicy, with a very pleasant harmonised flavour, with fruity notes, very tasty. The variety accumulates a lot of sugar 19-20% with low acidity 6-7g/l. The fruit can hang on the bush for a long time without losing quality. Yield of the variety high 80-85%. Good disease resistance with frost resistance down to -24 °C. Fruit tolerates transport and storage very well. The variety is suitable for the establishment of amateur and commercial plantations. Grapevines grafted „Podśnieżnik” are of best quality.
