New!!! Petersburg Night is a dessert variety from the selection of A.W. Burdak. It is a composite hybrid (Podarok Zaporozhye x Arkadia). Petersburg Night is a self-pollinating dessert variety, early 110-115 days with strong growth and good woodiness. The grapes are large 600-900 g, conical, loose or slightly compact. Berries are very large 15-20 g, oval (25x35mm), bright, milky white-yellow . The berries do not burst with excess moisture. The flesh is firm, crunchy, with a harmonised flavour, very tasty. The sugar content is high at 18-19% with an acidity of 6-7g/l. Yield is high (75-85%). Disease resistance is very good and frost resistance to - 23°C. The fruit tolerates transport and storage well. The variety is suitable for commercial and amateur cultivation. Grafted vines of Petersburg Night are of the best quality.
