New !!! Ketmon Sapi is a dessert grape variety bred in Uzbekistan. It is a composite hybrid - probably Vitis Vinifera with hybrid varieties. Ketmon Sapi is a self-pollinating variety, medium early 125 - 130 days. Strong growth with good woodiness. Conical-cylindrical clusters, loose, large and very large 500-1000g. Berries long, cylindrically oval, very large 12-16g (40-50mm long), yellow-green in colour, yellow with pink blush when fully ripe. Flesh tender, fleshy and juicy, harmonised, with fruity aromas, very tasty. The variety accumulates a very high sugar content of 19-22% with a low acidity of 6-8g/l. Yield of the variety high 75-80%. Disease resistance as with the more resistant Vitis Vinifera varieties, frost resistance to -20 °C. Vine requires long pruning. A very commercially attractive variety due to the appearance and taste of the fruit. The fruit tolerates transport and storage very well. The variety is suitable for the establishment of amateur and commercial plantations. Grafted " Ketmon Sapi" table grape cuttings are of the highest quality.
