New !!! Limpopo is a dessert variety bred by V.M. Kalugin. It is a complex hybrid. Limpopo is a variety, self-pollinating, early or medium early (115 - 125 days). Strong growth with good woodiness. Conical clusters, medium compact large and very 600-1400g. Berries slightly oval, sometimes with a depression (similar to Awatar variety) bright green yellow, exposed to sun - yellow pink, very large 12-22g. Flesh fleshy juicy, crisp, harmonised with fruity notes, very tasty. The fruit does not crack from excess rain and is not damaged by wasps (insects). The variety accumulates a lot of sugar 16-19% with a low acidity of 5-6g/l. The variety has high commercial value due to its pleasant taste and appearance. Yield of the variety very high 85%. Resistance to diseases quite high with frost resistance down to -23 °C. Fruit tolerates transport and storage very well. The variety is suitable for the establishment of amateur and commercial plantations. Grapevines grafted "Limpopo" are of best quality.
