Pava / Пава - SO4

Pava is a dessert grape variety bred by A. F. Balabanov / Donetsk. It is a complex hybrid (Talisman x Andriusza). The Pava variety is cross-pollinated (female flowers) but pollinates very well. Early ripening period 110-115 days. Growth is strong, with good lignification. The bunches are large, conical-cylindrical, moderately compact, weighing 700-900 g. The berries are very large, light, pink-red, oval, 35 x 31 mm, weighing 12-16 g – very attractive in appearance and taste. The flesh is very tasty, firm, crisp and has a harmonious flavour. The sugar content is very high, 18-22%, with an acidity of 5-7 g/l. It is characterised by high fertility (75-85%), reliable yields and good disease resistance. Frost resistance -24°C. It tolerates transport and storage well. Suitable for commercial and amateur cultivation.
