New!!! Hottabycz is a dessert variety bred in Russia/E. G. Pavlovsky. It is a complex hybrid (Talisman x K-81). Hottabycz is a self-pollinating, medium-early variety (120-125 days) with strong growth and good lignification. The bunches are large and very large, 800-1000 grams and larger, conical, moderately compact. The berries are very large, 10-12 g, round or slightly oval, dark red-purple. The fruit is not prone to cracking. The flesh is firm and crisp with a harmonious flavour, with fruity notes when fully ripe, very tasty. The sugar content is high, 18-20%, with an acidity of 6-7 g/l. The yield is high, 75-80%. Disease resistance is good with frost resistance down to -23°C. The fruit tolerates transport and storage well. The variety is suitable for commercial and amateur cultivation.
