Rudik is a dessert variety of the E.G.Pawloski selection. It is a composite hybrid (Talisman x K-81). Rudik is a self-pollinating variety, very early 90-105 days. Growth is strong with very good woodiness of the bed. The grapes are medium to large 400 - 800g, cylindrical and conical, medium compact. Berries are dark pink, purple, oval or egg-shaped about 9-11g. The flesh is, tight with a muscat aroma, tasty. The sugar content is high 18 - 20% with an acidity of 6 -7g/l. The variety has a high yield (75-85%). Disease resistance good with frost resistance of - 23 °C. The Rudik variety is suitable for amateur and commercial cultivation. It tolerates transport and storage very well.
