New!! My Heart is a dessert variety of the Uehara Grape Research Institute in Yamanashi / Japan selection. It is a mix (Shine Muscat x Wink) . My Heart is a medium late variety: 125-135 days . It has strong growth, grows well into the wood and is autogamous. The grapes are big and very big 400 - 800g, conical-cylindrical, medium compact. Berries are big 10-12g, heart shape, in light red to dark red. Flesh fleshy, tight, crunchy, harmonized taste with delicate fruity notes, very tasty. It has a high sugar level: 18-20% has low acidity: 6-7 g/l. Fertility of this variety is high (80- 85%). Disease resistance is medium good (as in the more resistant Vitis Vinifera), frost resistance -20 °C. It tolerates transport and cold storage very well. It is a suitable variety for amateur and commercial plantations. The grafted sapling of My Heart table grapes is of the highest quality.
