Matador / МАТАДОР - SO4
New!!! Matador is a dessert variety from the selection of V.M. Kalugin. It is a composite hybrid (Talisman x Velika). Matador is a self-pollinating dessert variety, early 105-115 days with strong growth and good woodiness. The grapes are large 800-1500 g, cylindrical-conical, moderately compact. Berries are very large 20-30g (26x48mm), oval, purple-blue. The berries do not burst with excess moisture. The flesh is compact, crunchy, with a harmonised flavour, very tasty. The sugar content is high at 19-20% with an acidity of 6-7g/l. Yield is high (75-85%). Both the appearance and the taste of the fruit contribute to the high attractiveness of this variety. The fruit can hang on the bush for a long time without losing quality. Resistance to diseases is good and to frost up to - 23°C. The fruit tolerates transport and storage well. The variety is suitable for commercial and amateur cultivation. Matador grafted vines are of the best quality.
