Czarny szmaragd / Black Emerald - K 5BB
Black Emerald is a seedless ( 1st - 2nd class) dessert grape variety bred in the USA/ David Ramming and Ron Tarailo. It is a hybrid of Vitis Vinifera. Black Emerald is an early variety (115 - 120 days), with medium strong growth, with good woodiness, it is a self-pollinating. The grapes are conical, large 400-500g, compact. Berries are slightly oval (17x16mm), dark garnet-black, medium sized with a weight of 3 - 5g. The flesh is tight, crisp, harmonised-neutral, tasty. Sugar content high (17-19%) with low acidity of 5-6g/l. Yield high 80 - 85%. Disease resistance is medium with frost resistance of -23°С. The fruit tolerates transport and storage very well. The variety is suitable for the establishment of amateur and commercial plantations. The grafted sapling of "Black Emerald " table grapes is of the highest quality.
