Izjuminka / Изюминка - 5BB

Izjuminka it is a Table grapes variety of grapevine. It was grown in Institut Magaracz/ Ukraine. Izjuminka it is a hybrid of Vitis Vinifera, between varieties (Czausz x Cardinal). It’s early variety: 115-125 days. It has medium growth, with good woodiness,it is self-pollinating. Grapes are big (400-600g), are conical, loose. Berries are: big 10 -12 [g] (35x23mm), cylindrical, pink-red, red darkness-purple. They are fleshy tight, crunchy a harmonized taste, very tasty. It has a high level of sugar: 16-19%, the low acidity 5-7 g/l. Fertility of this variety is high 75-85%. Resistance to fungal diseases as in the more resistant Vitis Vinifera varieties (e.g. Chardonnay) and Frost -21°С. It stands transport and cold storage very well. It is a suitable variety for amateur and commodity plantations. Grapevines grafted "Izjuminka" are of best quality.
